Please expect small furniture and accessories to be delivered seperately to large furntiure. Please note: Our couriers (DHL and DX) are authorised to leave your parcels in a safe place if no-one is available to receive them.
| Small Furniture & Accessories | Small furniture pieces are split between DHL and DX, depending on the size of the item. Orders sent via DHL should arrive within 2-5 business days or those sent via DX should reach you in 3-7 business days. |
| Large Furniture | Sent via AIT and should take around 7-10 business days. AIT will contact you within 48 hours of us processing your order to book your delivery via SMS. The evening before your chosen delivery date, you will receive an SMS confirming a 2 hour delivery slot. "Had lots of compliments on how lovely this looks; the beech looks gorgeous and has a warm, classic feel to it. We have very limited space in our room, but the rounded shape allows us to angle it in the corner. The wheels will be good once we move it to a separate room. Only downside is that there’s a lot of wasted space underneath, it would be good if there was a way to make use of that. Also be aware that it’s deeper than some cots, if height is an issue. The mattress and sheets are excellent quality too."
