Delivery

We’ll be processing orders right up until 24th December,but please note that due to peak holiday volumes, our delivery carriers may experience extended lead times. For any pre-arranged delivery issues, we recommend contacting your assigned delivery carrier directly. Any orders placed after the 15th December may not be processed and shipped out until 2025.

Please be advised that Head Office will be closed for the Christmas holiday from Wednesday 25th December to Thursday, 2nd January. Order processing and customer support will resume from Friday, 3rd January.

The below lead times are estimates and are subject to change during busy periods. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer deliveries guaranteed by a specific date.

Small furniture pieces are sent via Yodel and should take 10-14 business days.

Bedding and Hardware are sent via Royal Mail and should take 4-5 business days.

Please expect small furniture and accessories to be delivered separately to large furntiure.

If you have ordered larger furniture items, they will be sent using our specialist delivery partner AIT. These should take 7-10 business days. These lead times are estimates and are subject to change during busy periods.

Panther will be in contact within two working days of your order being processed by us to organise a suitable delivery date.

The evening before your chosen delivery date, you will receive an SMS confirming a 2 hour delivery slot. On the day of your delivery, your delivery driver will call when they're approximately 45 minutes from your location.

If you are unavailable to receive your scheduled delivery, you will incur a charge prior to any attempt to reschedule the delivery.

Our delivery partners add a surcharge to certain postcodes. Deliveries to all postcodes starting G, EH, ML, KA, DG & TD incur a £15 delivery charge. Deliveries to all postcodes starting KW, IV, AB, PH, DD, KY, FK & PA incur either a £15 or £20 delivery charge depending on the items in your basket. Charges will be calculated at checkout. These deliveries may also take longer than 10 days. 

Unfortunately, we do not offer delivery to Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Republic of Ireland or outside of the UK.

If you have pre-ordered an item, it will be dispatched shortly after the date displayed on site when you placed your order. Please bear in mind, shipments can be delayed for reasons outside of our control therefore the date displayed on site is always an estimate.

Once we've received the stock to our warehouse, your order will be sent to one of our nominated delivery partners to arrange delivery. You will be notified of this via email.

All unwanted products must be unused and in their original packaging in order to be returned.

In certain cases, a collection charge may apply.

If you require us to collect smaller items from you, including guard panels or mattresses, £15.00 will be deducted from your refund.

If you require us to collect unwanted furniture from you, the below rates will be deducted from your refund:

• 1 piece of furniture - £47.00
• 2 pieces of furniture - £76.00
• 3 or more pieces of furniture - £100.00

These charges only apply if you change your mind or if the product doesn't match your requirements. You are not responsible for the cost of returning faulty products.

Upon receipt of delivery, it’s important that you carefully check you have signed for the correct number of boxes. If there are any boxes missing, please email us on info@boori.co.uk immediately.

Any damage caused to the product or property during delivery must be reported to us within 5 days. This will enable us to process a claim on your behalf.

Regardless of when you plan to use your furniture, all items need to be checked within 14 days of being delivered. If there are faults with any product(s) purchased, please make a warranty claim. Any issues reported after 14 days from the delivery date will not be accepted unless there are exceptional circumstances.

Please do not dispose of any boxes until you’re happy with your order. Any items that need to be returned or replaced strictly need to be returned in the original packaging.
