We hope you and your little ones love your new furniture, but if you do change your mind, information about returns can be found below. Our full returns policy can be found here.
We hope you love your new furniture! However, if you change your mind, you can return any item purchased from boori.co.uk for a refund within 14 days of receiving your order.Â
To arrange a return, please complete our online returns form so we can process your request quickly.Â
To qualify for a refund, the goods must be returned in an unused condition, in the sealed original packaging and complete with all original parts and accessories. Any products originally sealed for health protection and hygiene reasons must be returned unopened and with the original seal intact.Â
In line with our consumer terms, the cost of returning unwanted* items is the responsibility of the customer. You’re welcome to arrange the return yourself, or we can organise collection through our preferred courier. If you choose this option, the following collection charges will be deducted from your refund:Â
- 1 piece of furniture – £47.00Â
- 2 pieces of furniture – £76.00Â
- 3 or more pieces of furniture – £100.00Â
- Smaller items (including guard panels & mattresses) – £22.50Â
If you’re returning part of a bundle, please note that any additional bundle discounts will be removed, and the prices of the items you keep will revert to their original individual prices. We will then refund the remaining balance. Â
Please note: if returned items are damaged, opened, or not in their original condition, we may apply a deduction from your refund to reflect the reduction in resale value.Â
*If your product is faulty, we will cover the cost of return.Â
If you wish to cancel an order before it has been delivered please contact our customer service team as soon as possible or email info@boori.co.uk.
If you contact us within the 7 day cooling off period from the day we receive the order, and you haven't confirmed your delivery date with our nominated delivery company, there will be no charge.
If you have confirmed your delivery and you wish to cancel, this will be subject to a cancellation and restocking fee at the rates below:
- 1 Piece £39
- 2 Piece £63
- 3 Piece £83
- Accessories £22.50
These charges will be deducted from your refund.
Any amendments made to an order once it has been booked for delivery may also incur a charge.
We want to make buying your child's furniture an exciting and easy experience but sometimes accidents do happen. If your item is faulty or was damaged in transit, you must let us know within 14 days of receipt and we will replace the part free of charge.
If you let us know after 14 days of receipt, an investigation will be carried out. If it is confirmed to be a manufacturing fault, then the part will be replaced free of charge. If it is not proved to be a manufacturing fault or transit damage, we will ask you to cover the cost of the replacement part.
If reported over 30 days after receipt of the product, you will need to cover the cost of the replacement part.
We want your Boori products to last for generations, so we will replace, at your cost, any item which suffers accidental damage at any time during its lifespan if stock is still available. To get replacement parts, please use our form or email info@boori.co.uk.
Boori endeavour to hold coordinating components for the duration of the guarantee period. If specific colours are not available then a coordinating colour will be used. Solid wood may fade and discolour slightly during normal use and we cannot guarantee that replacements will be an exact match to original components.
We understand how important your home is, and we’ll always do our best to support you if any accidental damage occurs during delivery. If our chosen delivery partner causes any damage to your property while completing a delivery, we’ll help you submit a compensation claim.Â
Please report any property damage within 5 working days of your delivery date.Â
To help us process your claim quickly, please include as much detail as possible — such as photos and a clear description of the damage — and email everything to info@boori.co.uk.Â
Once we receive your information, we’ll forward it to the relevant courier (AIT, DHL, or DX) and submit a claim on your behalf. The courier will then contact you directly to manage and process the claim.Â
Please note that this process can take up to 30 days.Â
