As testimony to the quality and longevity of our products, we offer a range of warranties from 1 to 5 years. For timber products with a 3 year warranty, we’ll extend your warranty for a further 2 years when you register your product with us. Please note, we can’t extend the warranty of any discontinued or clearance items.

You may register your warranty at any time during the initial warranty period from the date of delivery, although we’d recommend you register as soon as possible to ensure you have your proof of purchase to hand!

How long is the warranty period?

Any discontinued, ex-display or clearance items come with a 1 year warranty.

The warranty period depends on the product purchased, This can be found within the warranty document found in the product’s packaging.

If you have lost this document you can usually find the warranty duration on the product’s information page on the website. If your item is no longer on the website, please contact us for more information.

The warranty period begins from the original date of purchase.

What is covered by the warranty?

Our warranty covers manufacturing faults and/or defects.

What is not covered by the warranty? 

  • Normal wear and tear including teeth marks.
  • Damage caused by improper use, cleaning, transportation, storage or negligence.
  • Damage caused by modifications to the product.
  • Damage caused by failure to follow assembly or care instructions correctly.
  • Damage caused by exposing the product to harsh conditions such as strong sunlight, extreme temperatures, damaging chemicals and increased moisture.
  • Faults in products that have been sold ‘as seen’ or faults which you have been made aware of prior to purchase.

How do I get a 2 year warranty extension?

Simply register your product on our site. You will need to provide proof of purchase and contact information. Please note that this extension can only be applied once to a product.

Which products qualify for the 2 year warranty extension?

This extension only applies to timber products that come with a three year warranty. This extension does not include five year warranty products, mattresses, or any discontinued or clearance items.

How soon must I register my product's warranty to qualify for the 2 year extension?

You must register your product before its initial three year warranty period expires. Please be aware that the warranty period begins from the date of delivery. If you do not have documentation indicating delivery date, the warranty period begins from the date of purchase.

Who will cover the expenses associated with my warranty claim?

If you are pursuing a warranty claim, you must pay for all expenses involved in returning the products to Boori. If you warranty claim is validated, Boori will cover expenses incurred in sending replacement parts to your address or the address of the store you lodged your warranty claim at.

What should I do if I purchased via a retailer and need to make a warranty claim? 

If you have not ordered your Boori products directly from us you will need to go back through the retailer you purchased the goods from for any warranty issues.
