Please note: Our couriers (DHL and DX) are authorised to leave your parcels in a safe place if no-one is available to receive them.

The evening before your chosen delivery date, you will receive an SMS confirming a 2 hour delivery slot. We were looking for months for a big girl bed for our almost four year old and we love this bed! Aesthetically it looks amazing, it’s good quality and sturdy, our daughter loves it and it’s suitable for adults to lie with her when she needs extra support."
"Horrendous ordering process. Weeks later than initially stated. No phone number available on the website. The only number online is no longer in use. Ordered it on the ‘Christmas Deal’ delivery in 10 to 14 days at the beginning of December. It arrived mid January. Missing packages when finally delivered so need to endure the process again. Bed is fine and my daughter is pleased with it, principally because she didn’t have to endure dealing with Boori. For the avoidance of doubt, I don’t want the £5 voucher for reviewing."
