"The Boori team is great and their customer service is amazing. I would say that the price being paid is more for the customer service than the product. The product itself is overpriced and we regret getting the whole suite now. They consistently discontinue lines and for a product that expensive that you would hope last all your kids, you then can't match if you need parts."
