Please expect small furniture and accessories to be delivered seperately to large furntiure. Please note: Our couriers (DHL and DX) are authorised to leave your parcels in a safe place if no-one is available to receive them.
| Small Furniture & Accessories | Small furniture pieces are split between DHL and DX, depending on the size of the item. Orders sent via DHL should arrive within 2-5 business days or those sent via DX should reach you in 3-7 business days. |
| Large Furniture | Sent via AIT and should take around 7-10 business days. AIT will contact you within 48 hours of us processing your order to book your delivery via SMS. The evening before your chosen delivery date, you will receive an SMS confirming a 2 hour delivery slot. On the day of your delivery, your delivery driver will call when they're approximately 45 minutes from your location. |

"These drawers are relatively expensive for what they are but I was happy to pay for good quality. They’re awful. They have those turning clasps to screw them together which constantly come loose. The drawers just keep falling apart. The bottom of the drawer is split in two with a tiny ridge to keep them together. As soon as the screw loosens, the whole thing collapses. Really irritating."
