"The mini gym itself is exquisite. My kids like it. But we received the wrong slide at the first place. Emailed the customer service and received the correct slide after one week with no compensation. Then was told to pack away the wrong slide and drop it off at a postoffice. Eventually was told someone was going to pick it up from my place which was a relief as the slide is heavy."
