Please note: Our couriers (DHL and DX) are authorised to leave your parcels in a safe place if no-one is available to receive them.
| Small Furniture & Accessories | Small furniture pieces are split between DHL and DX, depending on the size of the item. Orders sent via DHL should arrive within 2-5 business days or those sent via DX should reach you in 3-7 business days. |
| Large Furniture | Sent via AIT and should take around 7-10 business days. AIT will contact you within 48 hours of us processing your order to book your delivery via SMS. The evening before your chosen delivery date, you will receive an SMS confirming a 2 hour delivery slot. On the day of your delivery, your delivery driver will call when they're approximately 45 minutes from your location. |

"Absolutely love the look of these shelves and draws my only complaint is that I found it very hard to have both side in enough so the selves and draws slide into the grooves properly. I think perhaps the wood was a little bit bowed. Perhaps a video with instructions could be helpful so can double check it’s been done correctly. And the parts weren’t numbered with number stickers. Apart from love absolutely love them"
